Banking on Compassion
Community Campaign + Brand Identity
First Northern Bank held twice-yearly community drives supporting local needs, beginning with a warm clothing drive and later expanding to include canned-food collections. To give these efforts a memorable and cohesive identity, I developed the campaign name Banking on Compassion – a play on the bank’s role as a trusted community partner and its commitment to giving back.

The logo centers on a heart symbolizing community and care, with a bank-inspired deposit slot and a pathway of smaller hearts representing compassion being directed back into the communities the bank serves. I extended the visual identity with a custom icon pattern and a bright, contrasting color palette that made the campaign feel welcoming, energetic, and highly visible.
Wrapping Our Community in Warmth – Winter Clothing Drive Initiative
As part of First Northern Bank’s Banking on Compassion initiative, I developed the concept, artwork, and copy for a winter clothing and blanket drive.
Inspired by knitting and handcrafted textiles, the design combines stitched typography, colorful winter patterns, scarves, mittens, and an FNB-branded cup to convey warmth and community care. I also created the campaign theme, Wrapping Our Community in Warmth, unifying the message and visuals.
